Issue with players being stuck

When a player is a bit below the blocks and the arena resets, the player gets stuck within the blocks and there's no way to exit.
I'd suggest adding some sort of solution where before the arena reset starts, anyone in the region is teleported to a selected point, like that they can start doing their own thing again once the blocks are reset.

I don't wanna complaint here but I wanna thank you for this best plugin it is generally awesome and i wanna say if u don't add timer reset then also this plugin is best we could use skript or any other plugin for it this itself is the best once again thanks a lot for this plugin
