reward calculation went wrong if multiple payoutadresses exceed cap

if an user have one payoutaddress used multiple times and exceed the cap of 25tb (height 199999), only one payoutdress get rewarded, even the height of this one adress is less than 199999.

Example: one user has shared 30tb splittet in 3 x 10tb he got only rewarded for 10tb. (praktikal look in the payoutsheet payout8 1KBprwBgkf4pjHJJBDrfSSBpppHzh8MbF6 for example, the user has a total heigh of ~54000 over 28 payout adresses, but only one with height of ~28655 got rewards)
