I created this PR to address this rule:

"Code should follow a consistent coding style and formatting."

Description

This PR addresses the issue of inconsistent coding style and formatting in the setup.py file. The following changes have been made:

• Moved the import statement for find_packages back to its original position, before the import statement for setup.
• Kept the console script entry point name as "pullingace" instead of changing it to "beyond_the_nest".
