…ggdrasil and seps-app01. Some of these things have been written a long time ago and this commit aims to bring them into main. Information regarding the labs was previously written by Alfie in #14 but wasn't actually ever resolved and merged. Resolves #14 Co-authored-by: Alfie Hughes <ahughes@lincoln.ac.uk>
