网页端评论的数据到2018年就停止更新了, 要拿完整的数据应该去爬小程序

感谢提醒！！
这个确实不太清楚了，去年刚接触爬虫，就简单试试，当时主要目的做景区舆论评价，就没太注重数据实时性了

我用了一下,20年的数据还是有的,不过确实19是没什么数据了.改了一下,加了一下IP池还有写库的顺序哈.
