Sometimes, a contact's hidden status is not shown, possibly if they have a tag too long.

Team's Response

The bug is caused by "too long tags", which is already mentioned in another bug report.

[The team marked this bug as a duplicate of the following bug]

Very Long tags get cut off

Steps to reproduce: keying "editContact 6 t/this is a very very very very very very very very very long tag" in the CLI.

❓ Issue duplicate status

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

  • I disagree

Reason for disagreement: While the issues are linked, they aren't the same issue. It's possible to implement the "Hidden" tag correctly even if the tags are handled wrongly, for example by having the hidden tag left-aligned.

❓ Issue type

Team chose [type.FeatureFlaw]
Originally [type.FunctionalityBug]

  • I disagree

Reason for disagreement: It's an error with the program itself, not with design.
