Brightness Graphic Issue

This is Collin. The issue also does apply to the Retroarch Dolphin core on Xbox too, but to explain. Some games has issues where the brightness go randomly dark. The HUD remains bright, but the game brightness darkens and then goes back to light. Here is an example.
