Incorrect alpha/transparency blending in Skies of Arcadia Legends (USA) v 1.1.6 #7

With and without Dual Core enabled, shadows will break and consist of red/black outlines, sometimes green, in game. Light shafts and beams will also appear mostly opaque. Does not happen on PC version of the same Dolphin build.
