This is due to limitations of the database currently in use.

When kaya sya mag a-update sir? Gumagawa kasi ako ng covid-19 tracker and I'm using this API to get the top regions.

I'll look into it. The main problem is that the database that I'm using is only limited to 500MB. Currently it's consuming 368.5MB (for the current 700k+ records), if I update it now it, it would exceed the allowed limit.

Additional Problems:

  • The update mechanism needs memory optimization.

  • I also noticed that the DOH Data Drop folder structure has been updated, this means that the whole update mechanism has to be updated as well (will do this once I find a way to financially solve my database problem).

Overall I can't say when I would update this API.
