Describe the bug

Hello wen i try export i cannot export my Ethereum or USDC from sifchain to Ethereum?

How to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error "..."

Current status of the DEX:
All TKN’s are disabled for CLP actions (swap, add/remove, margin) except for the following list:
ATOM, USDC, ETH, JUNO, DAI, AKT, WBTC, OSMO, USDT
All tokens on the enabled list above are available for TKN:TKN swaps
ROWAN - only imports, no exports, no CLP actions
IBC tokens not on the list - no imports/exports, no CLP actions
All ERC-20 tokens can still be imported/exported via Peggy (but no CLP action unless on the list)
