This pull request adds tests for the
Add-PSFavorite,Get-PSFavorites,Optimize-PSFavorites, andRemove-PSFavoritecmdlets in the PSFavorite module. The tests ensure that the cmdlets are functioning correctly and that the favorites list is being updated as expected. Additionally, a new build task and test task have been created to automate the testing process. This will help ensure the stability and reliability of the PSFavorite module.
