Welcome to the Serum Wiki!

Serum is an open-source, cross-platform pinball colorization format. To start creating colorizations, you need to following applications:

The Wiki primarily focuses on the Serum colorizing editor, developed by David "Zedrummer" Lafarge. After learning that his ZeDMD project would not receive PAC support, David created the open-source format and editor, which ultimately led to the creation of Serum.

Subsequently, Markus "mk47" Kalkbrenner took over the ZeDMD project. Since then, Markus has played a pivotal role in advancing the ZeDMD project and significantly contributing to the broader Serum/ZeDMD ecosystem, enhancing its development and functionality.
