I'm trying to use your TimeReg to run my data, but the link http://web.stanford.edu/~zduren/PECA/Thresholding-Based%20SVD_files/Prior_corr.tar.gz is invalid.

Can you provide another link to download the priori data?

Dear all,

It seems that the priori data downloaded from http://web.stanford.edu/~zduren/PECA/Thresholding-Based%20SVD_files/Prior_corr.tar.gz is the same one as the priori data used by the PECA?

Because I found that statement:

prior=load ([PECA_Module_dir,'/Prior/TFTG_corr_',species,'.mat']);

This seemingly indicates that the priori data is read from the PECA directory (i.e., downloading the priori data from http://web.stanford.edu/~zduren/PECA/Thresholding-Based%20SVD_files/Prior_corr.tar.gz is no longer needed)?
