As mentioned in the introduction, there are a few prerequisites for this session.
You need a trial account on SAP Cloud Platform. You can create a new trial account by following the steps in this tutorial.
If you already have a trial account, you can use that for this exercise.
Set up Integration Suite trial by following the steps mentioned in this tutorial.
Please activate the Cloud Integration and Open Connectors capabilities. You can also activate the other two capabilities but you will not be using it for this exercise.
You should create a service instance and service key for the process integration capability by following the steps in this exercise
You will use this as the authentication details when you make a call to the integration flow endpoint using Postman to test the scenario you designed.

Please do not use your company email ID for this account, since it is only valid for 7-days. Create a new dummy email ID if required. You can reuse the same for your Slack account as well.
This account is valid for seven days. So, please ensure that you complete this exercise within seven days of creating the Bamboo HR trial account.

Please do not use your company provided Slack account for this exercise. Please create a new account with a personal email ID and use that for this exercise.
If you already have a Slack account, you can use that as well. Create a new workspace for this hands-on exercise by following these steps: Create a New Slack Workspace.
You can use your existing GMail accout or create a new one. For creating a new one, you can follow the steps mentioned here: Create new GMail account.
You need to configure your GMail account to enable it to receive emails from applications. Since you are using a private GMail account, some of these settings will be set to high-security level by default. When you are using enterprise GMail accounts, these settings may or may not be necessary depending on the organizations security policies.
You have to disable two-factor authentication since this is required for Cloud Integration to deliver emails to your account. Follow the steps mentioned here: Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
You have to disable captcha verification to allow your Cloud Integration account to communicate with your GMail account. You can do this by opening this link: Unlock GMail Captcha Verification. If prompted, please sign in with your GMail credentials.
You have to enable your GMail account to connect to less secure apps. Please follow the steps mentioned here to configure this option. This is Google terminology for allowing applicaton-based access to your GMail account. If you are not comfortable doing this to your personal account, you can create a new one for this hands-on exercise.
