Rug Mod v1.0.0 for MC 1.16.5

The first full Release!

I have (for now) run out of ideas for new rules, so I decided to make this a full release.

New Carpet Rules

Fixes

• Changed edibleSlimeBalls Jump Boost effect from level 2 to 3
• Items no longer get destroyed by stonecutter with stoneCutterDamage set to anything above 0
• Added missing 'be' in the additional description of easyHarvestingRequireHoe
• Fixed grammar mistake in description of foodInstantHeal

Other Changes

• Slightly changed description of edibleNetheriteScraps
• Rewrote zeroTickPlants implementations to use @Inject instead of @Overwrite for better compatability
• Rewrote Readme.md to be consistent with Carpet Mod and show more information
