Database Model Changed, Machine Dependent Product key to unlock the SW

Database model changed, Item Model now doesn't have ItemAttribute rather now New EmployeeItemAttribute is there in which each item assigned to an employee can have attributes that are unique to that specific item owned by that specific employee.

Search Improved, minor UI bugs fixed.
