Hi, The filter is working with UTC, not with the local time zone. Is this intended?

what is the format that is actually stored in the database/datasource?

UTC, but, the chart shows the date time as local date (Y-m-d H:M:S)

do you have an example? I looked at the details but could not really find something that would appear wrong.
