Please update all.yml in Ansible Tower workshop to variablize node counts #53

Instead of having the number of nodes and tower servers be 2 separate counts (because I missed that and had to re-provision the entire workshop...) how about a single declared variable that both of those fields pull from to set the count once?

@ajacocks Are there any cases where these values would not be the same? If I provision 2 tower nodes for a student what happens? Do they form a cluster?
