IBControl allows you to control the display brightness value of your Valve Index over HTTP!

IBControl itself includes API documentation on what endpoints are available.

If you've enabled HTTP Control on the default port, you should be able to open the documentation through this link: http://127.0.0.1:42070.

Otherwise, open your HTTP Control Settings, make sure HTTP Control is enabled, and click the Open Documentation button.
