Voice-based-Grievance-Redressal-System

An automated software that records customer feedback,complaints and bank related queries via voice. The recorded grievances of every customer is been analyzed and a report of their problem is generated, which is redirected to the respective departments. The customers can keep track about status of their complaint through the application.

Backend

The recorded voice from the customer is sent to the backend. In the backend the machine learning model analyzes the voice to predict the emotion of the customer. The voice is been converted into text using google speech to text api. IN PROGRESS: Text summarization and keyword extraction models are applied on the text. A report is generated with all the explicated details and is sent to the admin to be viewed through the web application.

Users Application

The user end android application is written from scratch using Java, it allows the user to register complaints via voice and also provides the feature of tracking those complaints.Once registered,the user's bank record will be sent along with the complaint to a central database that would hold the user details and complaint audio file under a single unique ID as generated by the application.

Office End Web-App

From the report generated by the backend script, the complaints will be auto-categorized by the system to the various departments and will also be given specified access for each personnel at the office end to check these reports and to provide a solution for the customer.
