Goal:

• Fix issues found in WSC L2 beta testnet & prepare for mainnet launch

Updates:

1. Add boot nodes for beta testnet: hardcode bootnode for beta testnet op-geth#2
2. Add "Add Super world computer" to explorer by adding NEXT_PUBLIC_NETWORK_RPC_URL option to common-frontend.env.
3. Fix the CORS issue of stat page by adding add_header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' '*' always; to default.conf.template
4. Investigate L2 halt issue caused by Geth quit.

6. Report the issue that gitbook is not syncing after changing repo, may need to uninstall and re-setup.
