Upstream: Source geokoordinaten-taxi-warteplatze outdated and parsing issue

The construction site at "Hauptpost" is long gone, which gives me reason to believe the entire list might not be up to date anymore.

There is also a parsing issue in line 25, where the value "nicht aktiv" has no corresponding header, resulting in:
