ESP32-S3 - problems with serial monitor/connection via USB #17

When using ESP32-S3 boards, the serial monitor does not print puara-module specific messages (Arduino's Serial.print works though).

The hypothesis is that the puara-serial-manager code is preventing access to the port.

This part of the code needs cleaning and troubleshooting to discover what exactly is the problem
