This is a little overdue, but a fork of Babble exists (with an MIT licensed provided by the author) that opens the VFT's camera. Bringing this in would enable us to reach a larger audience accustomed with the VFT.

Merged in dragon's code, getting a lot of these:

[ WARN:1@90.025] global cap_msmf.cpp:1769 CvCapture_MSMF::grabFrame videoio(MSMF): can't grab frame. Error: -2147483638
