Use accountability timentries

This feature will probably require some improvement but, for the moment:

• It should be compatible with the last refactor

• It should have tests

• When exporting, milestones should be converted to accountability time lines entries:

The "export to accountability button" creates a new accountability component linked to the time tracker, in there all the activity should be done public in the best way we can think of.
