** HowTo Install
1. download pyfiap-master.zip from https://github.com/PlantFactory/pyfiap and unzip the zipfile.
2. Install pyfiap by the following command (Windows)
c:\> python setup.py install


** HowTo Use (fiap_read)
3. After installation, modify sample/fiap_read.py as following
   8:fiap = pyfiap.fiap.APP("http://ants.jga.kisarazu.ac.jp/axis2/services/FIAPStorage?wsdl")
  10:result = fiap.fetch_latest('http://j.kisarazu.ac.jp/PlantFactory/Daisen/West/CO2')
  13:result = fiap.fetch_by_time('http://j.kisarazu.ac.jp/PlantFactory/Daisen/West/CO2', yesterday, today)

// maybe, initial URL is right.
// the above fiap_id is a sample. please specify your point_id!

4. Execute the python file "python fiap_read.py"

5. variable 'result' is dictonal array, so you can select data from the array.
