Add Emily Longano's Jago Geotagged River Field Photos onto PDG

There are several hundred photos for this project. Each photo is geotagged with the time, date, and location taken. The photos are labeled by date collected and field site location. The plan is for someone viewing the PDG to explore the field area and click on a location to see the actual photo collected at that site.

We want to submit a collection of photos under one DOI and Emily recommended we organize the photos based on the day they were taken (so ~7 DOI's).
