[Feature Request] Reinstalling CCPT using the installer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you execute the 'pastebin install' command again after CCPT is already installed, it will be installed again, replacing some files back to default, but not some others. This currently doesn't, but might break stuff in the future if a file, that is not overwritten by the default install, changes its format with a newer version. Therefore, the file remains in the old format, while eg. the main program file is updated to a newer version requireing the new file format. Result: The program breaks.

Describe the solution you'd like
The installer should check wether CCPT is already installed and, by default, not install again if it is. But there should be a 'force reinstall' option; This is useful if some files get changed externaly or by a bug in such an unexpected way that CCPT breaks and refuses to update itself or does nothing but spitting out error messages anymore.
