I use the following resolver and libraryDependency, and I get a connection timeout.

resolvers += "Paytmlabs Releases" at "https://nexus.paytmlabs.com/content/repositories/snapshots/"

"com.paytmlabs.akka" %% " akka-split-brain-resolver" % "0.1.0-SNAPSHOT"

What am I missing? Was the project moved?

The project will be published to maven central soon, so it will be publicly accessible.
