NoMongo: Improper typescript types usage in test file

Describe the bug
Improper testing of the file

src/graphql/types/Event/updater.spec.ts

with masking typescript errors using //@ts-ignore in the latest commit develop-postgres
will cause run time issues in long run

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
can be seen in file 'src/graphql/types/Event/updater.spec.ts'

Expected behavior

types error should be properly addressed in files

Actual behavior
using //@ts-ignore in various parts of file 6 times
