This was originally a bespoke implementation for Terminal.Gui, but is being split off because there's no reason it can't be used elsewhere, and the workflow for consuming it via NuGet is a lot easier than how it is currently done, which is in the same solution as Terminal.Gui itself.

Update 2024-05-25: Date pushed back a week due to process around issuance of code signing certificate. New target is June 1 2024, but will be updated if further delays are expected.
