Docs update

  • Update explanation to reflect that the reports are shareable and don't contain individual level scores
  • Add example reports to download to the explanation
  • Update offline usage section
  • Add information about running on the AllOfUs TRE
  • Fix singularity tests (they're a bit slower but fix this with nf-test migration)
