Release summary

This is the second CRAN release of oxcgrt. In this release:

• Addressed CRAN errors resulting when internet not available by checking internet availability when accessing JSON endpoint

• Updated index calculations to include vaccination information

• Updated codebook and sample indicator data to include vaccination information

• Updated README to reflect inclusion of vaccination information
