This also improves the button UX slightly by disabling it during the download.
Map now fills the screen with the header/footer taking up 10%/20% respectively.
Filename is now of the format
overture-{zoom}-{lat}-{lng}.parquet, as opposed to the GUID-ish extensionless blob it was before.I recreated the dark/light mode selector from the other docusaurus pages, and borrowed some colors from those pages as well.
Also added a geolocate control.
