ConfirmationReminderJobrun every day at 09:00. It fetches all unconfirmed users where creation_date is equal to toDECIDIM_REMINDER_UNCONFIRMED_EMAIL_DAYS(default: 2) days. It sends an email with confirm messageUnconfirmedVotesCleanerJobrun every day at 09:00. It fetches all unconfirmed users where creation_date is equal toDecidim.unconfirmed_access_for(default: 0 =DECIDIM_UNCONFIRMED_ACCESS) and has at least oneDecidim::InitiativesVote: It destroys all initiatives vote for the given user and send an email
