Unexpected discovery results hangs the badge #7

If our badge is able to connect to another badge, but the discovery procedure doesn't find the service and characteristic(s) it expects, the badge gets stuck waiting for discovery to succeed.

If this can't be fixed logically, it at least needs to time out.
