Adding a period (from - to) years after the name of each period. At the moment it is not clear, for example, which years are covered by Modern, Contemporary, Present.

Present/Now: This is the current period in which we live.
Contemporary: This period spans from the end of World War II (around 1945) to the present day.
Modern: This period covers the time from the Renaissance (around 1500) to the end of World War II (1945).
Middle Ages: This period begins after the fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476 and continues until the beginning of the Renaissance around 1500.
Ancient: This period covers the time from the emergence of writing (around 3000 BC) to the fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476.

Perhaps in the source from which you take them, you can detect a precise period in years...
