Update backup configuration on a virtual machine

Description
The backup configuration of a virtual machine can be updated, but you need to go to the "Configuration" tab and click on the "Update VM Configuration" button. After that, you can click on the Backup configuration and update it.

Makes more sense add this tab in the Backup tab of a virtual machine, so the user can update the backup configuration through the backup tab and not through the configuration tab:

Interface Changes

• Delete the Backup tab from the form that appears when click in the Update VM Configuration button:

• Add a button in the Backup tab of a vm. The button should open the same form that we deleted in the previous change. So now you can only update the backup configuration through the backup tab.
