I tried the sample dataset of agibot world alpha, 446/687616; I found that state and action are exactly the same in 520 frame index and the same as other frame. Is that a bug or other possible cause? Beg your reply, thanks

Thank you for reporting this observation about the dataset. This is actually expected behavior and not a bug.
In our system, we use VR controllers to map hand posture to end-effector translation and rotation. However, the robot's arm only moves with the controller's movement when a specific button is pressed. This design is intentional to allow the teleoperator to freely adjust their hand posture without constantly moving the robot arm.During those "hands-off" moments, the robot arm remains stationary, which results in the action and state being identical across consecutive frames.
