Licence: change de CC BY à CC BY-SA

Changement de la licence creative commons pour avoir une licence virale
qui force le partage des modifications de la brique, ce qui n'était pas
le cas avec CC BY.

Cela force le repartage des ressources et maximise les connaissances
mise à disposition grâce au travail autour de la brique.
