Upgrade Metabase from v0.44 to v0.52

We are currently running Metabase version 0.44. Upgrading to v0.52 will bring significant improvements in performance, user experience, and feature set. High-level motivations for this upgrade include:

• Enhanced Data Visualizations: New and improved chart types (e.g., Sankey charts) and support for embedding external content provide greater flexibility for dashboard creation.
• Improved Performance and Search: Faster search results with better relevance ranking and enhanced caching controls.
• Better User Management: Granular permissions and the ability to mark dashboards as "verified" improve collaboration and trust in shared content.
• Expanded Connectivity: Official support for Databricks and improved integrations with other data sources.
• Upgrading will ensure we stay up-to-date with the latest features and maintain compatibility with future updates.
