Pendulum is likely going the way of the Dodo. We can't use it with Python 3.12+ and there is no telling if the maintainer will update it, ever. See python-pendulum/pendulum#771.

Please document this until Airflow decides what to do about it, as recent Linux distros (e.g. Ubuntu 2024.04) ship with Python 3.12. This also affects all downstream projects using TED-SWS (they will also be stuck with Python < 3.12).
