• 1_preproc_and_source_recon: Scripts for preprocessing sensor-level MEG data and source reconstructing parcel time courses.
• 2_design_matrix: Scripts to gather data for the design matrix.
• 3_time_averaged_network_analysis: Scripts to perform time-averaged network analysis.
• 4_transient_network_analysis: Scripts to perform transient network analysis.

Prerequisites

To run these scripts you need to install OSL and osl-dynamics. See the instructions here to install these packages.
