Describe the bug

Cannot send BCC when sending an email.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 17.0

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Add bcc
2. Send email

Expected behaviour
The mail to be sent to the to and bcc. It's only sent to to.

The v17 Code-Base is diffrent, so it can not be applied exactly that way.
If help is needed let me know.

I tested that version and the issue does not persist
