Fallout NV - Eye blinking bug

Hi, I used this for Fallout 4, and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work with Fallout: New Vegas. The only thing I changed in the command was switching the type to Skyrim.

Am I doing something wrong?
