Create entity with motion but no presense sensor

Hi,
I've been using this sensor in one room which has both a motion & presense sensor currently. I would like to setup more rooms which dont currently have a presense sensor, but will do in the future. I'd like to do this so that I can write all my automations/dashboards with the entity from the tobi plugin & not have to change later.

Currently, if you add motion sensors but no presense sensors we dont create the entity for that rooms configuration.

Is it possible to get this to work when only adding motion sensors initially?
