Suggestion: Friendly error message in case of no address in config.imi during calling wallet balance/info/top-up commands

In case of using following commands with no predefined address in config.imi - there will be interaction with 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 address.

nil_cli -c ./config.ini wallet balance
nil_cli -c ./config.ini wallet top-up {Amount}
nil_cli -c ./config.ini wallet info

My suggestion is to add user friendly error in case calling commands with no address in config.imi such as: looks like you missed address in config.ini
