The "Installation_sketch.ino" link points to https://github.com/NicoHood/HoodLoader2/blob/master/Installation_Sketch/Installation_Sketch.ino, which doesn't seem to exist
This is probably meant to point to https://github.com/NicoHood/HoodLoader2/tree/master/avr/examples/Installation_Sketch
