I just tested pynwb 3.0.0-rc1 with NWB files from IPNWB/MIES (version: 91c8e5382 (Merge pull request #2334 from AllenInstitute/bugfix/2334-very-old-data-createtiled-channel-graph-fallback, 2025-01-29)) and with the expected adaptions regarding the API, our files can still be read and validated with pynwb.
