Update Omni Bridge Factory for compatibility with Rainbow Bridge Tokens.

Make Omni Bridge compatible with Bridge Token:

1. Add the finish_withdraw function to enable the use of the withdraw function in Bridge Token.
2. Add the update_tokens_controller function so that OmniBridge can take control over Bridge Tokens.
